Delivery
We inventory stocks of all the products listed in the product catalog. Should you need rush services, we can, in most cases, ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. UPS is used for most shipments unless otherwise directed. Shipments of hazardous materials will be according to applicable laws and regulations and can carry additional surcharges.

Terms
Terms are net 30 days (where credit has been established), F.O.B. our plant. Canadian customers should make drafts on U.S. banks. Other foreign customers must provide an irrevocable letter of credit in U.S. funds. All C.I.F. charges to your account.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without our written consent. 20% restocking fee on returnable items.
