As a manufacturer, we sell to retailers and distributors interested in carrying our product. In addition, we also sell directly to customers. We can fulfill domestic and international orders. You can learn more about our orders and fulfillment policy below.
We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must have valid billing and shipping addresses.
Order Through Us: You can place orders with us through a variety of channels: phone, email, and e-store.

- Email Orders: To place an order with us via email, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask for your credit card information to secure your order. We will collect credit card information from you by sending you a credit card authorization form or by calling you. You will only be charged at the time your order ships. - E-Store Orders: Ordering online through our e-store is the recommended method of ordering. To place an order online through our e-store, please click here. Please note, we can only fulfill domestic U.S. orders through our e-store. Orders going to other countries CANNOT be taken online. For international and non-US orders, please click here.
Payments: We mainly accept credit card payments for orders. For distributors and retailers who have credit terms with us, we accept Ach and check payments. For international orders, all payments must be made in advance as a wired bank transfer. For more information on international orders, click here.
Order Fulfillment: All orders are shipped out of our Manufacturing Facility & Distribution Center located in Philadelphia, PA 19143. All product orders, if in-stock, are expected to be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of placement, unless communicated otherwise. If we are out of stock, your order is expected to be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of placement. Please note, other factors such as holiday traffic, inclement weather, and presence of priority orders may potentially delay your shipment.
