Peacock Silver Strip is a dry powder that is diluted with water to remove silver and copper from glass when re-silvering or removing silver deposits from the faces of mirrors. It is also used for “wipe out” techniques on silk-screened mirrors and for cleaning deposits on equipment. It does not have the fumes associated with other acids.
We do offer larger sizes in this product: 50 lbs. and 125 lbs. These sizes must ship freight and require special shipping arrangements. Please get in touch with us by phone or email if you are interested in these sizes.
Antiquing compound must ship as hazardous goods and is assessed an additional hazmat fee.
